💼 Job Board: Looking for talent ➡️ Submit A Job

A cautionary tale for all pet brands: this is how you ruin your reputation.

In a recent podcast, Sam Parr discussed dog food without naming any specific brands. But Nutricanine, a dog food company out of Canada, took his clip and manipulated it, using AI to make it appear as though Sam was endorsing their product.

Not only is that unethical and likely illegal, but it’s a terrible look for the brand. Unsurprisingly, he posted about it on social media to his large following, and as expected, the backlash was swift.

The company later deleted the post (deleted link), apologized, and promised to donate $2000 to the non-profit Bullies in Need.
